I went to pick up my husbands ashes & the lady had some of my husbands ashes in a zip lock bag because she said they wouldn't fit & asked me if I wanted them like they were nothing,of course I wanted them,it was hard enough having to deal with a funeral home but even harder not feeling any compassion from this place.
