I've never seen such lack of respect for loved ones that passed.... Photo attached shows keepsake urns in a tangled pile of knots.... It's hard enough facing that these precious ashes are all that remain of your loved ones, it's a slap in the face knowing that you paid to be disrespected.

Would stay away. The lack of respect & mistakes made on the obituary & memorial folder were unbelievable. Paid about $1000.00 more than funeral homes in Springfield for a cremation (found out after the fact). Ended up going to a funeral …
